Titan Strapping Systems specializes in the importation and distribution of a wide range of very high quality strapping tools sold throughout the United States through a network of industrial packaging distributors.
Titan tools are designed to make the application of steel strapping easier and safer.
Titan Strapping Systems, a Mooresville, NC based subsidiary of Titan Umreifungstechnik based in Schwelm, Germany, is an importer of Titan Strapping Tools. Tools, parts and technical support are supplied from our Mooresville facility to a network of industrial packaging distributors.
The German parent company, Titan Umreifungstechnik GmbH & Co KG is engaged in the manufacturing of Steel Strapping Tools as well as Strapping Heads and Systems. Titan has strapping systems installed through out the world.

VS 32-L series
The strapping head VS 32-L meets German and European safety requirements and complies with the provisions in the following EU directives.
VS 32-L combines most modern driving and control technology with the state of he art of patented TIG shield gas welding technology.

VS 31-L series
The VS 31-L fully automatic strapping machine is the high performance strapping system, particularly for heavy-duty use in steel and rolling mills.
The VS 31-L is strapping coils, panels, sections, billets or wire, reliable and secure. Even extreme working conditions in hot plants or complicated strapping processes are not a problem for the VS 31-L.

VS 12-L series
As the VS 11-L series, also the VS 12-L strapping aggregate is either powered electropneumatically or 100% electrically.
Outstanding technology developed by TITAN. With the new VS 12-L strapping aggregate range TITAN offers its customers brilliant technical features for load security with Steel Strapping.
Two versions of VS 12-L Steel Strapping aggregates are available:
The VS 12-L LD for light-duty applications and the VS 12-L HD for heavy-duty applications.
Absolutely unique, strap thickness up to 1.0 mm (0.040") MEGABAND® can be handled with this aggregate.

The VS 11-L strapping aggregates are available in two fundamental different versions:
• The proven electro-pneumatic driven aggregate VS 11-L, highest strap tension for the robust use
• Our latest novelty on this field is the VS 11- LE completely based on electrics. A perfect synergy between the aggregate with its control and the long-lasting servo drives itself.
